The menu

The menu features a regional cuisine based mainly on local products and includes local cold cuts and cheeses, seasonal salads and vegetables, fresh pasta dishes, some homemade, polenta from a mill in the lake, main courses of white and red meats from the Piedmont region, and fish from our lake.


The cuisine emphasises Italian and local ingredients. The dishes are interpreted and presented in an original way, the recipes follow the love and passion of grandmother Piera, the former sciura of the Al Moro restaurant.


Desserts are also strictly homemade. In addition, the wine cellar offers over 150 labels of wines from different Italian regions.
